Goodbye for now

Love the Life You Live book, course, coaching and subsequent training programs evolved out of my own search for a  better way to live. The Ten Steps I created for myself at that time changed my life and became the foundation of the work I’ve done for the past 25 years. It is now time to close that chapter.

I am so grateful to so many of you for the trust you have placed in me, for choosing to train with us, and the friendships that have formed. 

While I am spending more time engaged in artistic projects at the moment, I have not ruled out podcasting, or some other way of sharing what I have learnt in the future. 

I still love my life, I feel so blessed and grateful, and I’d like to share with four the steps that I remind myself to focus on every day.

1. Do something, or multiple things, that make you happy every single day.

2. If you have a dream you have it for a reason. It takes courage to follow your dreams but all you have to do is take one step at a time. Remember, you are never too old.

3. Your thoughts, words and actions either take towards what you want, or away from it. Focus on what you want always.

4. Give thanks in advance, as if you already have all that you desire.
