What is the difference between Mindfulness Training and Meditation Teacher Training?
With our mindfulness training course, you gain extensive knowledge of mindfulness and the many ways it can be used to enhance people’s lives. Whereas our meditation teacher course focuses more on the benefits of meditation and different styles of meditation. How our Mindfulness Training is conducted
Our mindfulness course is conducted online. This can be started at any time. You receive a downloadable course manual and have access to videos and other course material as well as a mentor available if you need to ask questions.
Assessments are done as you work through the course. We assess your knowledge, not your presentation skills.
The course can be completed in 11 weeks, but you have up to 12 months to complete.
This course is accredited by the international association, International Mindfulness and Meditation Alliance (IMMA) and the Institute of Complementary Therapists (IICT). On completion you will be issued with a certificate that qualifies you to teach mindfulness to individuals or groups and enables you to gain insurance.

What You Get with our Accredited Mindfulness Training Course
An online course you can work through at your own pace. You get:
When you join our mindfulness course you are not alone. You have a mentor you can contact at any time as you work through the course, and even afterwards. You have a Facebook community group of teachers and ongoing Zoom mentoring sessions.
The course takes approximately three months to complete, but you have 12 months in which to do so.
There is one assignment that needs to be completed towards the end of the course. This course assesses your knowledge of mindfulness and provides information on conducting courses we do not supervise you teaching. If you have no experience teaching we recommend you attend Toastmasters or a public speaking course to gain this skill.
