Have you discovered the benefits of mindfulness?

Or would you like to?

Mindfulness is a hot topic these days and for very good reasons as you most likely know, but there are so many people who still don’t understand what mindfulness is and how they can use it.

Our mindfulness teacher training is an in depth course on mindfulness practices and it will suit you if you want to:

  • expand your own knowledge of mindfulness
  • be more mindful yourself
  • teach mindfulness
  • add to your qualifications.

This course provides you with in depth knowledge of mindfulness and how to apply it in everyday life, whereas our meditation teacher course focuses on the practice of meditation. Each course can be done individually, and are designed to broaden your knowledge and skills.

A lot of mindfulness courses are about mindfulness meditation, which is a great practice, this course is about practical ways you can apply mindfulness in a variety of real life situations, the aim being to help yourself and others to be calmer and happpier.

Mindfulness is becoming an essential life skill that can help you, your family and clients thrive. Our course is accredited by the International Mindfulness and Meditation Alliance (IMMA)  and approved by the International Institute of Complementary Therapists (IICT).

At the end of our mindfulness training course, you will be issued with a certificate as a mindfulness teacher which entitles you to work with individuals or groups. You will also be able to gain insurance.

What is the difference between Mindfulness Training and Meditation Teacher Training?

With our mindfulness training course, you gain extensive knowledge of mindfulness and the many ways it can be used to enhance people’s lives. Whereas our meditation teacher course focuses more on the benefits of meditation and different styles of meditation. The mindfulness course curriculum is shown below.

Anne Harley

I must admit that although I meditated for many years, I resisted being mindful for a long time. I’m a doer and a great multi-tasker and I felt that being mindful would make me less productive, but the way I was living meant I experienced a lot of stress.

When I experienced a particularly stressful situation, I started practising mindfulness and that’s when I got hooked. Rather than being less productive mindfulness has helped me become more productive without the stress.

Mindfulness is a skill that so many people don’t understand yet, and it’s something that has the power to transform our lives.
I hope you will join me in sharing this powerful message.
Anne Hartley
