Terms and Conditions

These conditions apply to anyone doing our teacher training or coaching courses.

You have 12 months to complete any of our training courses. If you enrol in more than one course we are happy to extend the term to suit your needs.

Your enrolment is not accepted until we receive payment. This is either full payment, or the first instalment if paying by a payment plan.

We aim to train the right people for the right career, for your benefit as much as ours, so we reserve the right to not accept some applications for enrolment. In this instance any course fees paid will be refunded in full.

You are able to preview our course and we urge you to do this as we do not give refunds if you change your mind.

We are happy to offer an instalment plan, and to assist you if you experience financial difficulties, but you must notify us if payments are going to be late. Failure to do so on an ongoing basis may be result in your being suspended from the course until you have caught up with fees.

To gain certification from us you need to successfully complete assements as you progress through the course. You also need to have paid all course fees.

We issue certificates in the name on the enrolment form. If you have married or changed your name since then you need to provide proof of this. If we need to issue another certificate for any reason, there will be an additional charge of $30.

If you have any type of learning difficult please let us know, we are happy to help where we can.

If, for any reason, you are unable to complete the course in the time allowed, check with us about deferring.
